🥳🥳中秋佳節月餅配雅文邑或干邑真係非常之合適.
但有些年份，喝的不只是酒，是那個時代的陽光與風土。

法國雅文邑，比干邑更早誕生的烈酒傳奇。單一年份（Vintage）裝瓶，意味著瓶中的每一滴，都來自那一年、那一季、那一片葡萄園的濃縮。木桶陳年數十載，自然蒸發至適合品飲的濃度，這份「原桶強度」的純粹，是調和式烈酒無法複製的深度。

三個年份，三種風景：

1982 — 蜜餞與皮革的沉穩
四十餘年的光陰，將棱角磨成了圓潤。濃郁的蜜餞、皮革與隱約的松露氣息，入口是絲滑的果香與悠長的餘韻。這是一個需要靜下心來對話的年份。

1986 — 杏仁與香草的平衡
如果說 1982 是深邃，1986 就是優雅。烤杏仁、香草與細緻的木質調性，口感結構良好，在醇厚與輕盈之間取得了美妙的平衡。

1990 — 可可與香料的活力
相對年輕的活力，香氣中展現出焦糖、可可與溫暖的香料感。口感圓潤飽滿，尾韻帶著些許黑胡椒的微辛，是餐後搭配黑巧克力的絕佳選擇。

關於雅文邑的小知識：
它採用一次性連續蒸餾，保留了更多葡萄原始的香氣與風味。裝瓶後在瓶中不再熟成，所以買到的年份酒，風味已趨於穩定，是收藏與品飲兼具的選擇。

What a beautiful vintage cognac from Maxime Trijol.. well balanced with Cantonese cuisines.
Tasting Notes :-
Ambers with flashes of mohogany. Spicy notes of spices, nutmeg. A cognac with a lot of roundness in the mouth followed by a gourmet note on the finish. This vintage is rich and and testifies of the beautiful complexity of the Cognac terroir.
