山梨縣嘅UCHU BREWING相信大家都唔陌生,佢哋嘅酒,無論係hazy IPA定smoothie sour,全部都係將酒款推到極緻,但係又吹佢唔漲地平衡🤡
ATOM PASSIONFRUIT 🥭走tropical路線,大量菠蘿、熱情果、椰cream,飲落係frozen tropical dessert。KABUKI 相比 tropical fruit overload,更加偏向berry smoothie,raspberry帶出鮮紅果酸,厚身但唔滯🍇
Uchu做smoothie最勁嘅係佢嘅secondary flavor/undertone - 保留發酵感,成件事唔會變成果汁,功力真正深厚🙇🏻♂️
