由 Aqua Vitae x 日本信濃屋 x Abyss 聯合出品的「尋境之旅」，為「風味」與「城市記憶」寫下三方聯名的詩篇！少量現貨發售，歡迎查詢！

一人佇立於紅燈籠搖曳的石階山城，一人漫步在招牌林立的香江街角。身著和服的她們，以旅人的姿態凝望，看見的不只是街景與人潮，還有潛藏其中的氣味與情感。這一次，我們將她們眼中的台灣與香港，轉化為兩款單桶威士忌—— 來自 Ben Nevis 酒廠的 1996 與 1998 年份。

Aqua Vitae x 日本信濃屋 x Bar Higuchi 聯合出品的「猫"Chat”」現已到貨！

由台灣IB 裝瓶商 Aqua Vitae、日本 Shinanoya 信濃屋及福岡 WhiskyTalk 酒展主辦方所屬威士忌酒吧 Higuchi 三方聯名的選桶作品。

當代藝術家織田正信以原子筆自由筆觸聞名,作品《猫"Chat"》展現出神秘而靜謐的氣質。此畫後來被東京酒吧 Bar Higuchi收藏,並與信濃屋、Aqua Vitae合作，推出一款以畫作為靈感的限量選桶酒款，

來自Speyside Linkwood 酒廠。這款酒香氣清新，帶有蘋果、鹹奶油與蜂蜜;口感融合麥芽糖、白巧克力與香蕉;尾韻則展現烏龍茶、仙楂與淡淡煙梅的回甘層次,彷彿貓步般優雅綿長。藝術與威士忌,在此交織出一段靜謐深刻的詩意旅程。

三郎丸 Saburomaru IV Abyss 三週年包桶熱賣中！

由台灣人上人和香港 Abyss 威士忌吧聯合推出的三郎丸 IV The Emperor 單桶作品，亦是三郎丸蒸溜所首支專為香港市場推出的包桶作品，為慶祝 Abyss 威士忌吧三週年裝瓶。

於2020年蒸溜，選用了 Highland 泥煤度達 50ppm 大麥釀制的內陸泥煤原酒，在 1st Fill Bourbon Barrel 桶內熟成至2024年裝瓶。限量推出179支。

由於運輸延誤而未能於 HKWF2025 展出的 SANSIBAR × SHINANOYA 聯乘作品終於到港。來自南艾雷島知名酒廠的火熱作品，SANSIBAR × SHINANOYA 這個組合可以話係質素信心保證，亦係日本威迷，以至全球威迷熱切期待既作品。SHINANOYA官網已經早於四月預購時火速售罄，喜歡SANSIBAR 和 SHINANOYA 作品的朋友現在可以在純酒舍網站購買了，數量十分有限，欲購從速！
