The space also serves as the headquarters and production facility of Barrow’s Intense Ginger Liqueur, a vegan, Kosher, and gluten-free liqueur created from only four ingredients - 200 pounds of fresh ginger per batch, water, sugar and alcohol - and never any preservatives or chemicals. Although excellent neat or over ice, its balanced sweetness and concentrated, natural flavor adds the perfect amount of intensity to any cocktail.
