Hand‑picked grapes macerate on their skins for about ten days before resting on the lees over winter. It’s bottled unfiltered using the ancestral method, which creates gentle bubbles and leaves a slight haze. Expect an aromatic explosion – floral and orchard‑fruit notes with a savory edge – exactly the “super aromatic frizzante” skin‑contact malvasia‑ortrugo blend that writers rave about.
