Enjoy a night of sake tasting at Long's.

Featuring TaKaRa CHU-HI, a shochu with carbonated water and flavored with either Fuji Apple, Lemon, or White Peach.

MIO is a festive, sparkling sake, bright with aromas of peach, ripe persimmon, freesia, and fresh bread. Its gentle effervescence creates a refreshing piquancy in the mouth, and sets off the flavors of pear and peach, with accents of yellow rose and baking spice.

Hana Pineapple flavored sake bursts into your mouth and puckers your tongue with its sweetness and unique flavor. Enjoy a glass of fruit-flavored sake as the perfect ending to any meal. It's also a fun snack for a weekend afternoon beverage, or toss it in with other fruit to prepare a light and deliciously-flavored dessert.

The Suigei Harmony "Drunken Whale" Junmai Daiginjo uses two different yeasts to achieve this modern junmai daiginjo. The nose on this prototypical “fruity” Junmai Daiginjo is a wicked collection of tropical aromas such as strawberry, mango, papaya, honeydew, ripe pear, tangerine, mineral water, and sweet rice aromas, while keeping Suigei’s signature finish, which is a bit mineral, clear and off-dry.
