Cristina is one half of the brother‑sister duo behind Doria, whose focus is on importing rare, native Italian varietals. 🍇

🇮🇹 Cogli l’Attimo Nella Nascetta 2021

📍 Langhe, Piedmont | 100 % Nascetta from the small village of Novello. A rare white from a place known for Barolo, and the wine shows it with truffley white pepper, earthiness, and tangy intensity.

🇮🇹 Podere della Torre Trebbiano 2024

📍 Abruzzo | 100 % Trebbiano from 30-year‑old vines. A fresh, dark, savory white with earthiness and nuttiness (classic notes from Adriatic whites!)

🇮🇹 Bajaj Prometheus Arneis 2021

📍 Roero, Piedmont | 100% Arneis aged in amphora and terracotta for nine months, plus six in bottle. A little anise, fresh green herbs, and salty clementine peel spice with even tannin.

Free tasting Friday 4–7 PM → Save the Mosel! 🇩🇪 This week’s tasting takes us to Germany’s Mosel Valley—a region famous for its impossibly steep vineyards, historic ungrafted vines, and breathtaking Riesling.

But those slopes? They’re literally falling apart.

Decades of erosion are threatening vines that have been growing there for 100+ years.

We’re pouring a just-released blend from winemaker Philip Lardot, part of the Save the Mosel project—a tribute to both the region’s winemaking legacy and the restoration work happening to protect it. ❤️‍🩹
