We had a blast last night at Wine 203: Sparkling Class with Todd and Stephanie!

We covered everything from the best kind of glass to use, difference is methods, specific designation for certain countries, and even the sweetness scale!

It was so fascinating to taste Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, French, and American sparkling side by side to see how terror and method really affects the palate.
