Since taking over winemaking at her family's estate in 2017, Camille has brought fresh energy and precision to Borie la Vitarèle. Farming organically and biodynamically in Saint-Chinian, her wines are elegant and terroir-driven.

This textured blend of Vermentino, Clairette and Bourboulenc is creamy and gently silky, layered with ripe peach, citrus zest, and wild flowers. Bold yet balanced, it finishes with a refreshing lift that leaves the palate clean and energised.

Hailing from Oregons newest AVA in the Willamette Valley, we're delighted to share this exceptional wine from one of our most exciting producers,

Illahe's Grüner Veltliner is a wine full of stories as much as it is full of flavour. Sourced from vines originally brought to the west by a Hungarian fighter pilot, who defected from the Soviet Union, the vines make up one of Oregons largest plantings of the grape.

Sustainably worked and produced, the vineyards are dry farmed, promote biodiversity, and worked by hand. The wine spends 3 days on the skins to extract as much flavour as possible while present a stunning pale yellow colour. By fermenting in acacia barrels, the wine maintains its purity, showcasing notes of citrus, fresh green fruit, and lemon verbena notes.

Sisters Claudia and Silvia Cigliuti run their historic family vineyard in Piedmont, carefully tending the vines by hand and maintaining low yields to produce wines of exceptional quality.

An elegant and dynamic Nebbiolo with rich tannins and a bright, refreshing acidity. Notes of raspberries and wildflowers, with subtle hints of black pepper and orange peel.
