100% Agave Espadín, roasted in earth, crushed by tahona, fermented in pine, and distilled in copper pots. Honoring four generations of craft from San Dionisio Ocotepec, Oaxaca. Espadín, Receta Original de Lucio Morales López, stands at 91 proof - complex on its own, bold in cocktails adding layered depth with notes of roasted meat, ground corn, pine tar, tropical fruit, and leather.

So excited to have these Transylvanian (Romanian!) beauties in the shop from Edgar Brutler 😍

A light, aromatic, zippy red to be chilled and sipped…easily— Wieso? Nicht!

And a racy, acid driven, mineral, almost extinct, wait what? — Grünspitz
One of only two vineyards in the world growing this awesome punchy little grape!

Both are well stocked in the fridge… you know what to do.
