在葡萄園中甄選出優質老葡萄藤，這些葡萄均為天然比較細小的葡萄。它具有更高的天然濃度，手工採摘完成後，她只產出少量健康及濃鬱的葡萄，採用傳統技術從這些美麗的葡萄中提取出Gevrey Chambertin的風土特性。葡萄酒在法國橡木桶中陳釀，其中一半是新桶。

1970年代開始，Domaine Raveneau的酒款開始被人看見，
第一代François離世後，由Bernard與Jean-Marie兩兄弟接棒延續，保持父親的釀造風格，以傳統釀造法迎接千禧年後的多變世代，傳承了上個世紀Chablis王的宏偉風範。
特色在於圓潤飽滿的酒體與悠長的尾韻，同一般Chablis不同。其強而有力的酒體，可以想像下Premium Cru與 Grand Cru帶來的層次與變化。當然價錢都好不同😂
