Final Allocation: The Last Champagnes of Elise Dechannes.

Elise Dechannes has officially closed her estate in Les Riceys, making this allocation her final release. Farmed biodynamically on Kimmeridgian marl and clay in the southernmost part of the Aube, her production focused almost entirely on Pinot Noir.

These final cuvées are predominantly zero-dosage, emphasizing strict terroir expression over cellar intervention.
Given the closure of the domaine, this is the last available inventory, ever

A very rare Kentucky Vintage Original Sour Mash distilled Jan 1 1976, bottled May 1
1999 Blue-wax top with linen bag. Early Kentucky Bourbon Distillers release. The source distillery is debated but most likely Heaven Hill stock rather than Willet making this one of the few vintage-dated KV runs and likely drawn from fewer than five barrels.

Come by our sister restaurant tonight from 5-10 for a bite and/or a drink. A portion of today’s sales will be donated to fire relief, divided between our friends and heroes and direct aid to fire victims with personal ties to OyBar, Jeff’s Table and the OyBar/Jeff’s Table family.

Every donation will be matched by us here at Flask & Chef Jeff and his wife.

In addition, for all who need a little something to eat, no questions asked, we’ve got you — whether displaced by the fires, hosting those who have evacuated, first responders or just neighbors in need of a little something comforting. Today we’ll be offering “Jeff’s Comfort Noodles” with miso/butter, black pepper and sake-lees (available until we run out).
