Domaine Chavy-Chouet is a 15-hectare estate in Burgundy, spanning five communes in the Côte de Beaune: Puligny-Montrachet, Meursault, St. Aubin, Volnay, and Pommard. The domaine has been family-owned and managed for seven generations, with Romaric Chavy succeeding his father, Hubert, in 2014. Romaric is recognized as one of the rising stars in Burgundy and these wines are 🔥
