Vigneron Roland Piollot, and his wife, Dominique, and their daughters, Rose and Jeanne, produce crisp and elegant cuvées from their predominantly pinot noir plots in and around the town of Polisot.

Their Ch*****nes are some of our favorites and we’re excited to have them in Seattle this week.
