Formerly Layers Sandwich Co., the food truck, we are Layers, a lakeside eatery and intimate event space at Green Lake in Seattle.

We serve creative, but simple sandwiches and other good stuff, made from scratch, and from seasonal ingredients.

Our Journey Cookie is a play on our Journey Mix, which is sold in our larder! Rich 72% dark chocolate with toasted nuts - they change regularly but right now are almond, walnut and pecan. This cookie is gluten free!
