From day one, we knew they were our kind of people — deeply committed to humane practices, traditional craftsmanship, and making truly exceptional salumi. The quality and flavor speak for themselves.

Starting today, and running all weekend, we’re featuring four of their standout salumi — soppressata, uncured pepperoni, Genoa, and calabrese — layered with aged pecorino cream, roasted red peppers, arugula, and a balsamic glaze on a toasted hoagie.

It’s salad time! And for a limited time we have two side salads on deck; the cult fav - Green Goddess Potato Salad, and a Kholrabi Slaw with apples, celery, herbs and hazelnuts. Perfect accompaniments to any sandwich.
