Happy CRISP-mas!
[Fried Chicken & Champagne Pop-up]

December 6th, 2025
6PM–9PM

Happy CRISP-mas!! It’s that time of year again!

Your favorite comedy dad, pop-up chef, and behind-the-scenes Champion troublemaker, Suthap, is back at it — and yes, he’s firing up that fried chicken again. If history is any indicator… it’s going to disappear fast.

On the wine side, Erin steps in with her signature superpower: pairing Champagne like it’s second nature. She personally curates over 300 wine clubs a month, and matching bubbles to fried chicken is basically her home turf. She’s pouring four superb glasses that sync effortlessly with her favorite genre of food: gluten-free fried chicken.

And a serious note for the insiders:
You all sold this event out twice before.
There’s a reason — this combo hits, every time.

This year’s iteration is a casual mixer-style event. Our front room is open as usual, and the entire shop will be arranged with standing tables for groups. Feel free to mix, mingle, meet new people, and wander around with your glasses and plates. The shop will close to the public at 7 PM, but attendees can continue to shop privately until the end of the night.

2022 Benjamin Leroux

Introducing the exquisite 2022 release from Benjamin Leroux, a masterpiece that truly showcases the elegance and artistry of this winemaker.

With a winemaking philosophy rooted in respect for the land, Leroux employs organic and biodynamic farming methods to promote vineyard health and preserve the authenticity of the terroir. His approach is marked by adaptability and transparency, allowing him to tailor his techniques to the specific needs of each vintage.

This vintage bursts with refined character, vibrant acidity, freshness and balanced complexity that are perfect for sipping now or cellaring for years to come. Whether you’re a collector or simply someone who appreciates a beautifully crafted wine, these wines are a must-have.

On first impression, the Bourgogne Blanc starts reductive and racy, with some slight hazelnut inflections, toasted toffee, marzipan, lemon, mandarin citrus, and a wee bit of grapefruit. Quince and stone fruit—nectarine/peach (flesh and pit), pear, apple blossom, and lifted aromatics follow. Initially, the palate leans toward white peach and pear—a distinctive combination of ripe stone and orchard fruit that’s beautifully balanced. Citrus comes in on the palate, both at the front and end. Once this wine gets some air, white peach and pear aromas, along with a slightly honeyed quince note, come to the forefront. The palate continues to appear racy and successfully balanced, with a citrus and saline bent on its juicy, lifted finish.

We’re setting you up for a good time in this exciting new holiday six-pack. It’s aptly titled “For the Feast,” we’ve done weeks of tasting to select these six wines below. Our goal? A six-bottle, global assortment of wines that’ll take some of the stress out of the holidays so you can have more time for leftovers!

What’s inside:

A deliciously pale-hued sparkling rosé from Italy’s Marche. Bright and vibrant, with aromatic white peach, strawberry and a full, rich mouth feel with a clean and crisp finish. Follow that with two white wines from South Africa and Greece that are elegant, mineral, and easily enjoyable, with refreshing fruit, citrus, and length. These are fantastic as an aperitif or to whet your appetite & pair alongside everything from turkey to roasted squash & mushrooms, green bean casserole, and mashed pots.

Next, red wine time! We’re featuring three different reds that encompass the most popular red wine request of 2024: Versatile red wines that have personality, freshness, depth of flavor, and no hard edges.
All three differ vastly but keep to soft, rounded tannins for epically easy pairing. The first red? A fresh, bright, and chillable Gamay Nouveau from Oregon’s Division Winery! Think of this as your cranberry-to-turkey wine. Then, a charming Garnacha from the high-altitude mountains of Calatayud, Spain that will be a hit for a wide range of palates. If you love red-fruited wines with a streak of minerality, this wine will be a new go to and truly embodies the words “fruit, spice, everything nice.” Concentrated berries, stony minerality, and lip-smacking acidity from some of the oldest clones of Garnacha in the world. The last red blend from the Rhône Valley, France is a perfect dinner companion that will wow you and your loved ones. You’ll be seriously shocked at how charming this red wine is. We tasted it alongside wines that were twice the price & this outperformed everyone’s expectations. Serve them with a slight chill, and enjoy!

✨ Foradori Wines: Natural Passion ✨

Located in the breathtaking Dolomites of Northern Italy, Foradori’s wines celebrate nature and heritage. 🍇 Elisabetta Foradori, one of the world’s most influential female winemakers, is most famous for bringing Teroldego into the world spotlight using Massal Selection vines (using old vineyards to propagate new ones) and practicing biodynamic viticulture (farming exclusively this way since 2002, with little intervention). These days, Elisabetta’s children, Emilio, Theo, and Myrtha, are taking the reins and continuing her tradition of redefining sustainability and excellent winemaking.

The 2022 vintage is an exceptional expression of the year’s unique climate, offering beautifully balanced wines that highlight the purity of the Teroldego grape. With fresh red fruit aromas, bright acidity, and a refined mineral backbone, this vintage is lovely for anyone discovering these wines for the first time or if it’s been a bit since you’ve had them. Pristine, terroir-expressive, and friendly out the gate without needing to lay down for years? Here. For. It. 🌿

🌍 Delicious, sustainable, artful, thought-provoking.

This isn’t your average rosé! 🍇 Made from the rare Tibouren grape (90% Tibouren, 10% Grenache), this exceptional vintage from Clos Cibonne embodies elegance and age-worthiness with the best of them. Seville orange, ginger, red fruit & quince, grilled walnut, apricot, and salinity. Nervy and delicious, this rosé is a special treat. 🥰

Aged under flor for added complexity, the 2015 vintage is hitting its peak now—beautifully layered and perfect for fall sipping 🍂. Pair with grilled seafood, Provençal dishes, or simply enjoy on its own.🥂
