Some phenomenal wh***eys have just arrived today, Friday 10/23! These are all difficult-to-acquire boutique bottles, certainly worthy of your attention if you're into the bourbon scene! Very limited quantities of everything here:

Wilderness Trail Wheated Bourbon - A superb, full-bodied, rich and hot bourbon with huge malty depth and warmth.

Nikka From The Barrel - One of the finest Japanese wh***eys I've ever had. Smooth as silk, boasting enormous depth and hidden layers of flavor. Stunning.

Nikka Coffey Grain - Burly, malty, and extremely robust. As is typical of Japanese wh***eys, crazy smooth as well.

Smoke Wagon Small Batch Bourbon - Crazy good bourbon out of Las Vegas. Massive and caramel-laden, with intense malt backbone and big notes of wood and smoke. Superb.

I was jazzed to get these! It's been awhile since we've received so many excellent wh***eys in a single drop - they're here, waiting for you.

Look what else showed up today! We received a small allotment of Buffalo Trace bourbon and Buffalo Trace Bourbon Cream Liqueur! Both of these are very hard to come by in our neck of the woods and they vanish quickly when they do show themselves! Act fast if you're interested :)

2) Arbeiter Gochu Stout - One of my favorite b**rs from last year returns! A lovely 5% ABV stout with a touch of gochujang for caramel sweetness and creeping heat. Magnificent!
3) Toppling Goliath Hopsmack! - Hyper fresh canning of this classic double westy! Canned up 1 week ago!
4) Drekker Music & Pageantry - A new West Coast IPA from Drekker! Their westies always vanish quickly!
5) Fair State Black Pils - A taproom fave lands in cans! Roasty pilsner, perfect for crisp fall nights.
6) Revolution TV Party - A new Rye IPA from our friends in Chicago! Autumn = rye b**rs for me!

Some fun new arrivals from around the world have landed this Tuesday evening, October 13th! Some of these are very hard to come by these days, some are beautifully quirky, and some are just superb new brews! The lineup:

1) Hoffstetten Granit Bock 2010 Vintage Doppelbock - the sugars in this b**r were caramelized by adding hot granite rocks! Doppelbock, creme brulee style!
2) Vapeur Saison de Pipaix - Saisons have been VERY difficult to track down lately. act fast on this one from France.
3) Lemke Budike Weisse Waldmeister - a proper German Berliner-Weisse returns to the shelves! Very sour, acidic, and exquisitely crafted.
4) Konig Ludwig Weissbier - A new German Weissbier! Germany does not miss with this style.
5) Iqhilika South African Coffee Mead - beverages from South Africa are quite hard to get; we've had multiple requests lately for anything from the African regions and this is likely all we'll be able to source for a while!
6) Hitachino Nest Sunbathing Owl - superlative l***r with calamansi oranges from the Phillippines and sansho pepper from Japan! One of the BEST b**rs i've ever tasted, sheer delight! Get it NOW!

As always, these things can disappear quickly, and it is unlikely we'll see any more of any of these for quite a long time. If you're interested, swing on in!

Tomorrow night at the tasting table, from 4-7PM, we are very excited to welcome Ismael of Laika Spirits, who'll be leading us through a tasting of some absolutely gonzo good tequilas, mezcals, and corn wh***eys from Mexico. I was lucky enough to taste through these this afternoon and they were some of the most magnificent spirits I've ever had. SERIOUSLY good stuff, artisinally produced, and just exceptional in every way. Please join us tomorrow evening from 4-7PM and immerse yourself in some amazing beverages!
