Still have a little bit of this one left!
Nose is full of honey and barrel char.
On the palate it’s brown butter cookies, Rye spices, with hints of leather and brown sugar.
Finish is oily and lingering with plenty of oak for the sweetness of the palate.
Overall a coaster ride of flavor with complexity well above 100 proof!

Our newest Maple Brûlée is now available!

Nulu Maple Brulee is a Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey from Nulu (Prohibition Craft Spirits) that is finished in maple brûlée barrels, which are ex-bourbon casks re-toasted with maple sugars to caramelize the wood and infuse the whiskey with rich, decadent dessert-like flavors. The process adds notes of maple, crème brûlée, buttered pancakes, and toasted oak to the whiskey’s foundation of classic bourbon sweetness and spice, resulting in a luxurious and complex profile.
