We’re opening Antique Pelinkovac from Badel 1862, a Croatian herbal liqueur that’s been doing its thing since, well… 1862.

Here’s what to expect:

🌿 Bold, bitter, and deeply herbal
🍊 Wormwood-led with citrus peel and spice
🧊 Best served cold, maybe with a slice of orange

This week, we’re opening bottles that remind us why Portugal continues to overdeliver: bright acidity, effortless drinkability, and just enough personality to keep things interesting.

🍃 Sol Real Vinho Verde Blanco (2025)
Crisp, citrusy, and basically made for a cold bottle waiting in the fridge. Mineral-driven, ultra-refreshing, and dangerously easy to pour again.

🥂 Dona Berta Espumante Reserva (2017)
The wildcard—in the best way. A vintage sparkling from the Douro with depth, texture, and beautifully layered bubbles. Elegant without trying too hard.
