🍎🍯 The first time I was invited to a Rosh Hashanah dinner at a temple in Brooklyn, I brought apples and pomegranates — the little I knew then. Around the table we shared food, drinks, conversations, and blessings, and I left carrying more than memories. I left with the sweetness of a tradition that wasn’t mine but welcomed me as if it was.
That’s the beauty of this city — we borrow each other’s holidays, carry them forward, and share them in our own way. I painted that spirit into cards — apples, honey, pomegranates, and hope for abundance.
Shana Tova ✨ may your year be filled with sweetness and light.
