Because Great Work Deserves To Be Celebrated.
Recognizing the people behind the FriendShip difference.

Throughout the year, FriendShip employee-owners earn Wicked Tickets for going above and beyond, whether that's helping a customer, supporting a teammate, improving a store, mentoring a coworker, or stepping up when someone needs help.

Those moments are recognized at WACS (Wicked Awesome Customer Service), our annual employee appreciation celebration.

This year marked the 10th WACS event, celebrating employee-owners who made a difference for guests, fellow employee-owners, stores, and communities throughout the year.

We believe great customer experiences start with people who care. That's why we take time to recognize and celebrate the employee-owners who help make FriendShip a great place to work and a great place to stop.

All Yours, Ohio!

How much FriendShip Famous Chicken could you eat?!

This year, Bobby took the belt and went home $1,000 richer.

Eight competitors battled for $1,750 in prize money during the second annual Tender Takedown, while competitive eating legends Molly Schuyler and Dan "Killer" Kennedy helped put on a show for race fans and families.

Now we've got one question:

How many FriendShip Famous Chicken tenders could YOU eat?

Challenge your friends and let us know in the comments.

SPECIAL THANKS to the employee-owners who helped with photos and videos:
