We wanted to provide an update for our loyal customers regarding the recent Cyclospora outbreak.

We purchase our lettuce through Gordon Food Service (GFS). GFS has informed us that the source of the current outbreak has been traced to the Guanajuato region of Mexico. They have assured us that none of the affected lettuce has entered their distribution chain.

The lettuce we purchase and serve is processed in the United States, and we remain committed to providing safe, high-quality food to our customers.

We will continue to keep everyone informed as we receive additional updates. Thank you for your continued trust and support.
