Perranwell Community Stores, in Perranwell Station, Cornwall, was financed and set up by local people in 2023 and returned to the premises of the village's original shop on July 27, 2025.

Feeling thirsty now the sun is back? Buy a can of Dynamite Valley Viaduct Pale Ale and get a second can free! While stocks last.
We also stock cans of Powder Works and bottles of Gold Rush golden ale, Brian amber ale, Black Charge stout, Solan EPA and TNT IPA, all made by our wonderful local brewery in Ponsanoorh.
Open today until noon, Sunday 10-12, weekdays 10-4.

Well, we had a blast and hope you did too. THANK YOU once again to the many people who made it possible, including our Main Man David Podd, the Big Village events team, the Village Centre folk, our sponsors Perranwell Stores and Clive Pearce, Jonathan and the pub team, all the volunteers on-site, the wonderful acts, DJ Ryan and, of course, you all for turning out.
We really want to know how you felt it went. We have had some lovely comments in the last few days but would welcome constructively critical feedback too - what really worked, what could have been better, what else we might have added. Please email [email protected] . Any thoughts gratefully received.
In the meantime, do keep sharing your photos and videos.
We hope to be back in 2027 with a new, bigger and even better Big Village Festival!

A huge thank you 🙏 to the store volunteers who worked so hard at the Big Village Festival . Not only did you help the event run smoothly but your efforts week in, week out in the shop helped us raise the funds to sponsor it in the first place. What a community we have here ❤️❤️❤️
