After running a sister store in the Trelander estate, Truro, Judith & Roger decided to branch out and open another store nearby. Pydar Stores was originally opened under the Premier fascia group before changing to SPAR in A

ugust 2021. The Old Dairy - Pydar Stores offers services such as Hot Food daily, a FREE to use ATM in store, Paypoint, News and Mags, Alcohol, Tobacco and much more!. We are easily accessible, we have a car park for customers to use, and a disabled ramp and steps to enter the store.

On Friday 21st August 2026, Terry passed away peacefully after a long, courageous battle, aged 86 years. Devoted husband of Rosemary, loving dad of Judith, Dawn, Fiona and Rod and a much loved grandad and great grandad. Funeral service 1.00pm, Monday 14th September 2026, Trelawny Chapel, Penmount Crematorium. Family flowers only. We are very sad to hear that the Central BAR has announced it is closing.

Our staff nights out will not be the same 🙁
We have had some epic evenings out in town, and always ended up back there.

We would love to offer a new home to Truro Post Office, and registered our interest in July before the closing date.

I know that we are a little out of town but there is parking.
