There has been a delay to the completion of the sale and hopefully tomorrow should see the Post Office and Key Charging/ Bill Payments up and running.
This is unlikely to be tomorrow morning but we hope by the afternoon.

We will keep you updated with progress.

It is out of our hands, and the new owners who are eager to open.

Today is an emotional day as we pass on the shop to new owners. Little did we think in 2001 that the shop and community would become such an important part of our lives.

The welcome and support we have had from everyone has been exceptional. Truro has so many supermarkets and shops but you have supported us and helped provide jobs for people living in the area.

There are so many memories over such a long time, many happy, but on occasion we have wept with you. It is a truly remarkable community, rare now and we feel lucky to have been part of it.

Thank you all for your good wishes, and to sign out this picture sums up the fun we’ve had!

We were thrilled to find out that we had won the Cadbury Creme Egg Competition “How do you Display Yours”
Our rep Wendy has been calling on us since the mid 1990s and we are so pleased that she has a winner on her patch.
