Louisa is our longest standing staff member and goes above and beyond in everything she does. She truly values every customer and is always there to support their needs. Beyond her regular role, she handles collation, picking, and packaging of weekly orders for vulnerable customers who rely on our delivery service. She’s built genuine rapport with them and is deeply appreciated. Not only is she proactive in her tasks… stocking, cleaning, and helping without being asked! She is punctual and a joy to be around. Jazz is always ready for anything… covering sickness, holidays, and making sure our doors stay open. She works tirelessly and is truly respected by all.
