Feel like you've lost your marbles?

Fear not, I have some new ones in the shop now.

Marble Brewery are based in Manchester, and I have 3 beers from them:

Foam Daddy - 5.7% DDH IPA.
ALF - 5.4% Pale Ale
Plum Dubbel - 9.4% Fruited Dubbel

All are looking and tasting great.

Open all Bank Holiday weekend, 10am - 5pm in Porthleven Market.

'Beautiful Day' by U2 hit the shops 26 years ago.

Hitting my shop this weekend are 4 crackers from Ideal Day (tenuous segue there), but sometimes I just don't care 😁

What I do care about is great beer, and Ideal Day make great beer. Based in Lostwithiel, having relocated from Saltash James and Nia have been exciting the palette for just over 2½ years.

I love their beers, and think you will too.

And instead of making tea, they've made some cracking beers. These 3 are fresh in the shop today.

We have a 4.7% pilsner, in a stunningly beautiful can it has to be said, alongside a 6.2% IPA and a 6.5% oatcream IPA.

So if you're in Cornwall, take a trip down to the most southerly bottle-shop in the UK. You'll find us in the Porthleven Market, open all weekend 10am - 5pm.

Just a heads up (or horns up, if you wish)...The shop is going to be closed from Thursday 6th to Monday 10th, reopening ...

Just a heads up (or horns up, if you wish)...

The shop is going to be closed from Thursday 6th to Monday 10th, reopening on Tuesday 11th August as I will be Bloodstock Festival.

So to avoid disappointment come down to Porthleven Market today or tomorrow to make sure you're all stocked up.

'May' have had a dessert scone today too - absolutely delicious.

But fear not, it isn't just eating scones that's going on here at PBS HQ.

We've also got some new beers in for the Bank Holiday weekend. In the shop now is a very welcome return of beers. First batch this year. We have a West Coast IPA, a Black IPA, a NEIPA and an Amber Lager.

Joining them is a new brewery to the shop - from Bath. I love a cheeky little punny play on words. Had to look up Jurassic Thrive though (a play on Jurrassic 5), but Bohemian Raspberry is a bit more obvious.
