To make this delicious Drambuie Collins, squeeze the juice of half a lemon into a tall glass with ice, add 50ml Drambuie Whisky Liqueur, top with soda water and garnish with fresh mint. 🍹

Daydreaming of the beach? Take Monkey Shoulder on your next tropical adventure with this twist on a Pina Colada. Tastes like that tropical holiday you’d rather be on, pass the coconuts. 🥥🥥🥥

You'll need:
- 40ml Monkey Shoulder Whisky
- 20ml Coconut cream
- 60ml Pineapple Juice
- 10ml Fresh lime juice
- Pineapple leaf and chunk
- Dash of sugar syrup

How To: Add all ingredients to a blender and blend till smooth. Add a dash of sugar syrup to taste. Pour into a tall glass. Garnish with the pineapple leaf and chunk. Bartender tip: Add a pinch of salt to help balance the flavour. 😉

A delightful mix of fresh orange, The Original Glenmorangie, and a splash of soda. Simple, satisfying, and inspired by our long-time masc

50 ml Glenmorangie Original
½ an orange
50 ml tonic water
50 ml soda water
Orange wedges, to garnish

Juice half an orange. Then fill a highball glass with ice cubes and thick wedges of orange. Finally, pour all your ingredients over the top, and prepare a suitably long toast!

You’ll need:

✔️ 3 parts Sailor Jerry Spiced Rum
✔️ 1 part simple syrup
✔️ 4 lime wedges
✔️ 5-8 mint leaves
✔️ A small slice of fresh ginger
✔️ Dash of aromatic bitters

Method: Muddle ginger, lime wedges, mint, and simple syrup in a highball glass. Fill with crushed ice and add the remaining ingredients. Churn and top with more ice. Garnish with a lime wheel and mint sprig.
