Welcome to Slow Burn Lounge, where a mysterious side entrance leads you beneath the cobblestone streets to Portsmouth’s most amazing, luxurious bar and lounge.

Once inside, you will realize that this is no ordinary bar, it’s an experience. On the corner of Ladd St. and Market St. is the entrance to The Federal Cigar Bar! We have over 30 different scotches, whiskeys, and bourbons not to mention a great selection of beer, wine, and cocktails as well. Federal Cigar Bar offers a wide selection of fine and premium cigars, available in the store upstairs as well as the bar humidor downstairs. Exquisite in taste, aroma, and distinction; all of our fine cigar blends by the industry's best and long standing manufacturers have been cultivated from the old world traditions of rich tobacco histories from Cuba, Nicaragua, and Central America. No matter what you're looking for, we'll help you find anything from the best priced cigar, to the most rare and expensive cigars. Once you have selected the perfect drink or cigar, Federal Cigar Bar offers a luxurious experience for all. Whether you prefer intimate seating at a table for two, or socializing with a group of friends at our spacious bar and Club Room couches, we invite you to come experience the rich history of Portsmouth and fine cigars.
