“Copia, Latin for abundance, is the project of Anita and Varinder Sahi. They first visited Paso Robles in 2015, found their estate site in the Willow Creek District in 2017, and added a second site in the Adelaida District in 2022. Varinder comes from an engineering and business background, while Anita previously worked in restaurants and marketing. The focus is on small-lot, estate-grown Rhône and Bordeaux varieties, and the quality took a real jump with the 2019 vintage. … Their 2023 Cabernet Sauvignon is one of the finest renditions of the variety I’ve tasted from the region.” -Jeb Dunnuck

Congratulations to our talented w**emaking team, led by Varinder Sahi and many thanks to Jeb Dunnuck for his thoughtful reviews and continued insight on Paso Robles w**e country.

And just like that, Harvest 2026 is in the bin! 🍇

Our ninth harvest at Copia started early, threw us a few curveballs, and reminded us that Mother Nature has absolutely no interest in our carefully laid plans.

The yields may have been lighter, but the days were full, the laughs plentiful, and the camaraderie of this team: everything. A heartfelt thank you to our incredible crew for another beautiful, messy, exhausting ride.

Now comes the magic of continuing to turn it all into amazing w**e. But first, a shower, a full night’s sleep, and perhaps a conversation that doesn’t involve Brix, fermentation temperatures, or picking decisions.

Harvest 2026. That’s a wrap! ❤️🍷

This is our ninth harvest at Copia, and each season reminds us that nothing in the vineyard—or in life—stands still.

There is birth and rest, joy and loss, friendship and memory. This year, those truths feel especially close as we welcome remarkable fruit from the vineyard of dear friends alongside our own estate grapes—a meaningful thread of shared history we are honored to carry into the cellar.

And while the 2026 vintage begins its life, the 2024 vintage is ready to make its way to you.

The Story Grenache. The Anchor Mourvèdre. The Cure Red Rhône Blend. The Source Syrah.

Four w**es that speak to the vineyards, varieties, and convictions at the heart of Copia.

Happy Birthday, America. 🇺🇸

Today we celebrate the country that made room for possibility — the place where our parents could arrive with hope, work with dignity, build a future, and watch the next generation thrive.

For us, America is not an abstract idea. It is the opportunity to dream bigger than where you started. It is the FREEDOM TO WORK HARD, take risks, create something of your own, and pass along something better.

We are deeply grateful for this country, for the sacrifices that built it, and for the promise it still holds: that with faith, grit, and perseverance, so much is possible.

Happy Fourth of July. May we never take the gift of opportunity for granted. 🇺🇸

Happy Birthday to Varinder Sahi — the heartbeat and leader of Copia.

Some people walk into a room and take up space. Varinder walks in and brings light.

He leads with strength, but never without compassion. He works harder than most people will ever see, carries more than most people will ever know, and still somehow finds a way to show up with generosity, humor, and heart.

Copia is what it is because of his vision, his grit, his discipline, and his refusal to do anything halfway. He doesn’t just lead from the front — he lifts everyone around him while he does it.

Today we celebrate the man behind so much of the magic: the leader, the dreamer, the builder, the protector, the force.

Happy Birthday, Varinder. Copia shines brighter because of you. ✨🍷

Texture. Complexity. Balance.

Our 2025 White is a Rhône-inspired blend crafted with intention in every lot — layered, expressive, and built for warm coastal days, long dinners, and everything in between.

Aromas of white peach, melon, honeysuckle, orange blossom, citrus peel, and lemon curd lead into a silky, rounded palate. Picpoul brings the lift: bright, mouthwatering acidity with a mineral edge of crushed stone and sea spray.

Creamy at first. Fresh on the finish. Effortlessly balanced.

Copia’s 2025 WHITE is here — and this one is different.

Rhône-inspired and not built from a formula, it starts with fruit we love: Roussanne, Viognier and Picpoul Blanc.

Think stone fruit, citrus, sea spray, a hint of toasted nut, mouthwatering acidity and a salty mineral edge that keeps you coming back for another sip.

Only 180 cases made.

Liquid sunshine, now available in the online shop. Link in bio.

What a day at Paso Robles W**e Fest. 🍷

We’re leaving with full hearts and a lot of gratitude — for our incredible Copia team, for the Paso Robles community that continues to show up with so much energy and pride, and for every guest, friend, neighbor, and w**e lover who made the day so special.

There’s something powerful about seeing all of Paso — and everyone who loves it — gathered in one place, celebrating the w**es, people, and spirit that make this region extraordinary.

Thank you for raising a glass with us. We’re proud to be part of this community. 🥂
