Our 2025 White is a Rhône-inspired blend crafted with intention in every lot — layered, expressive, and built for warm coastal days, long dinners, and everything in between.

Aromas of white peach, melon, honeysuckle, orange blossom, citrus peel, and lemon curd lead into a silky, rounded palate. Picpoul brings the lift: bright, mouthwatering acidity with a mineral edge of crushed stone and sea spray.

One of our favorite parts of each vintage is this stage right here — sitting down together, tasting through the components, exchanging ideas, and starting to see the wines come to life.

We’re beginning to concept the Copia blends for the 2025 vintage, and it’s always exciting to watch a new story start to unfold. There’s still a long road ahead, but these early moments matter. They set the tone for everything to come.🍷
