Checking back in on Mathias the Vine. This monstrous Counoise vine in our head-trained, dry-farmed Fenceline block is coming along great. The shoots that once looked like a cartoon mouse overreaching for cheese have officially taken over. They're sprawling in every direction, soaking up the sun like it’s their full-time job (which, technically, it is).⁠

With a trunk like a Jeroboam and the kind of growth you’d expect from a vine with something to prove, Mathias is on track to deliver another season of chaotic excellence. Stay tuned as we keep checking in as the season progresses.
