Sour Batch - Labyrinth

Happy Monday! We’re starting off the week right by highlighting a recently returned brewery and local favorite, Labyrinth! Their Sour Batch series is packed full of lip puckering sourness and loaded with delectable, fresh fruit. This particular installment is packed with blood orange and raspberry, resulting in an incredibly tart brew balanced wonderfully by the sweetness of the fruit. It’s a perfect Summer brew, cheers!

Konichiwa Beaches - Westbrook Brewing Co

This rice lager brewed with mango and marshmallow is nothing short of delectable! The sweetness from the mango balances the nutty, floral notes of the rice while the marshmallow compliments both beautifully. Light, crisp, easy drinking and absolutely delicious are just a few positive descriptors on a very long list, it has certainly become a favorite of mine! Westbrook has managed to make something incredibly unique with this brew and I urge you all to give it a try. Cheers! 🍻

Wavelength - New Park

Who is surprised to see another New Park beer as our beer of the week? Wavelength is their latest limited release, which happens to be a second place winner in Untappd’s Community Awards for Connecticut American IPA’s! It is brewed with Pilsner, white wheat malt and flaked oats, leaving this beer with a fantastic and delicate mouthfeel. Then hopped with HUGE amounts of Citra and Galaxy, Wavelength is bursting with flavors of fresh orange juice, pineapple and passionfruit. It is delectable as all New Park beers are, cheers everyone!
