Crisp, clean and sessionable, with a firm but rounded hop backbone, Alexandr is the first and original Czech-style pilsner crafted at Schilling. Authentic raw materials shine, and so will almost any beer-friendly food paired with this Czech-inspired lager.
🍺Jakobus
A style we greatly admire, the German Pils is a masterclass in balance. Utilizing a mix of Hallertau Mittelfruh and Saphir for that quintessential noble hop bent, Jakobus is supported by a cracker-like malt character. Light bitterness, lemon, and floral notes finish with a crisp, clean mouthfeel.
🍺Palmovka 12°
Brewed with all Czech-sourced ingredients, adhering to a traditional Czech mash and decoction schedule. Notes of baked bread dominate. Rounded bitterness with a silky mouthfeel.
🍺Schlaumeier
Schlaumeier (“smart aleck”) is a flavorful straw-colored Bavarian specialty wheat ale. Yeast-driven notes of banana and clove define this traditional delicacy.

Dry-hopped with Nelson Sauvin, Mosaic, and El Dorado, She Doesn’t Need U is the latest addition to our repertoire of cans. Landing at 7% on the dot, this IPA opens up with notes of ripe melon and fresh pear on the nose. To follow are tropical flavors, including a burst of pineapple that leads into a slightly dank, complimentary finish. It’s beautiful.⠀
🍺The Minus Times: Danish Style
Brewed with Weyermann Bohemian Pilsner malt, Hallertau Hersbrucker & Czech Saaz hops in the early stages of the process. For fermentation, we utilized a Bohemian lager yeast said to be from Carlsberg brewery in Copenhagen. The outcome, we feel, honors the Danish style of lager. A bit spicy, with herbal and floral notes and a backbone expressive of the Bohemian malt we used.

Hanse is an unfiltered (“Keller”) Pilsner. Straw-gold in color, crisp and clean-finishing with assertive hop bitterness. Noble hops are present on the palate. 2018 RateBeer Gold Medal pale lager


🍺Funhaus
Clean, crushable German-style pils, brewed using traditional European methods. Subtly sweet, crackery pilsner malt is balanced with peppery, herby hops; crisp & dry finish.
