As we head into the Fall more goodies will be rolling into The Monkey. We got our hands on a few of the very limited Angel's Envy Cellar Collection #6. This year's edition is a Peach Brandy Rye. The mature rye (distilled between 2014 and 2018) is split into two lots—one portion finishes in peach brandy casks for up to 23 months, and the second portion finishes in toasted oak barrels for up to 12 months before being blended back together.
