Happy Wednesday, friends!

This week's feature sandwich is THE LAST SPECK OF SUMMER - Speck, finocchiona, sopressata, lemony herbed ricotta, house-pickled fresno chiles and red onions, and arugula on a demi baguette. It's meaty, it's fresh, it's delicious! 😋

Our featured side is a zingy ANTIPASTO PASTA SALAD with cavatelli pasta, red onion, green olives, roasted red pepper, and pepperoni, dressed in a house-made tomato vinaigrette. 🍅

Happy Wednesday, friends!! 🤩

This week, we're taking our special and "GOIN' BACK TO CALI"! Oven gold turkey, melty pepper jack cheese, local butter lettuce from our friends Freshlist CLT , cherry tomatoes, house-pickled red onion, & avocado crema on a garlic herb wrap. 😋

Our side feature is a Fresh, Local Corn Salad with Barbee Farms corn from Freshlist CLT, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, & cilantro in a house-made green chile vinaigrette. Yum!!

Happy Wednesday, Charlotte! We hope you're hungry! 😋

This week, our featured sandwich is THE JON-MI - lemongrass roasted pork shoulder, house-pickled carrots and diakon radish, cilantro, & house-made jalapeno aoli on a baguette.

Our side feature is a vibrant and delicious Soy ginger broccoli salad with red and green cabbage, carrots, and sesame seeds, dressed in a house-made soy ginger dressing.
