Good Morning! This Week’s Sandwich Feature Is ‘The Grambo ❤️’: London broil roast beef topped with melted horseradish cheddar, pickled banana peppers, lettuce, tomato, garlic & herb aioli, and house Italian dressing on a toasted hoagie roll!

Our side feature is a cucumber tomato salad with heirloom cherry tomatoes, red onions, lots of fresh herbs and beautiful local Kirby cucumbers from our friends farm in a lemony red wine vinaigrette!

Good Morning Charlotte! This weeks feature is The Angelina: Thinly sliced ovengold turkey, provolone, housemade spinach and artichoke spread, roasted tomatoes, and pickled red onion and arugula on pressed sourdough!

Our side feature is a Greek Pasta Salad with pasta, local cow’s milk feta ( ), local hydroponic cucumber ( ), colorful cherry tomatoes, sliced kalamata olives, pepperoncini, red onion, vinaigrette!

Good morning friends!! Our special this week is The Frankie: mortadella, calabrese salami, stracchino cheese, marinated artichokes and house roasted red peppers, arugula, balsamic glaze and lemony pesto aioli on toasted ciabatta **contains nuts**(almonds in pesto)

Our side special is a shaved Brussels sprouts and watermelon radish salad with dried cranberries, dried cherries, scallions and toasted sunflower seeds in a lemony dressing, served with Parmesan cheese for topping!

Wine flies when you’re having fun…. And eating cheese!

Especially when trying our new cheese feature this week: RedBud. Locally handmade from our friends at out of Cedar Grove, NC.

This artisan cheese is pasteurized and made with local cow milk and farmstead goat milk. A semi-firm, aged cheese that is bright and nutty. It has a lovely red, pimentón rubbed rind that adds a piquant and subtle smoky flavor that is divine. Add it to a grilled cheese or pair it with a peppery or smokey red Wine!
