This unique beauty smells almost like a light, airy rosé but gives you the fresh and zesty vibes of a Riesling, with a touch of cherry perfume. 🍒🌸 Take a sip, and you’ll be hit with a burst of fresh, crunchy early raspberries, peaches, and even a little creaminess. From juicy cherries to exotic fruits, it’s like a flavor adventure in a glass. 🌿🍑

This beauty starts with manual cluster selection, where the colored muss is immediately removed from the press. After settling and cold-fermentation in stainless steel tanks, they end up with an almost perfect white wine. The subtle pinkish hue is then clarified to perfection, giving us a one-of-a-kind Blaufränkisch white that’s as unique as it is delicious. 🍷💖
