Fall Menu 2026

Our Mission: To Highlight Appalachia as an ode to classic and heritage flavors and textures. To push the limits of heirloom recipes and bring to light the past while highlighting the intention and creativity of our ancestors.

Sassafras Hojicha
-Sarsaparilla syrup, spices, sorghum, bitters.

Harvest Moon Latte
-Pumpkin, mulling spices, maple syrup.

Caramelized Banana Matcha
-Methodical Matcha, banana, house made caramel sauce, cinnamon, black walnut cold foam.

Spiced Cherry Mont Blanc
-Espresso, sumac, dark red cherries, cardamom, pink peppercorn and cinnamon. Black Walnut cold foam.

Apple Espresso Soda
-Ginger, apple, cinnamon, clove, espresso and miner-aqua.

Mulled Muscadine Cordial

A true CLT local, Tatiana has been part of the coffee scene for nearly a decade—and we’re so lucky she’s now part of ours. She’s here full-time, slinging espresso all week long, and bringing her immaculate taste, deep love for coffee, and effortlessly cool energy with her.

When she’s not behind the bar, you can find Tatiana reading, writing poetry, journaling, resting, and investing in the community she loves. She’s a coffee enthusiast, a poet, a great friend, and an all-around wonderful human.

Meet Brigitte ☕️✨

With five years of specialty coffee experience under their belt, Brigitte has spent the last few years balancing their love of coffee with a passion for immigration law. After two years working as a paralegal, they’ve stepped back behind the bar to sling spro while studying for the LSAT and preparing for their next chapter.

A CLT native, Brigitte spends their free time thrifting, studying at local cafés, and hanging with their partner and kitty, Lentil. They’ve also been helping us behind the scenes develop our upcoming fall menu, so you can thank them for some of what’s coming your way..

You can find Brigitte slinging coffee all day Saturdays, and during the week, they’re usually somewhere behind the bar dialing in our newest offering from Hatchet. Come say hi, grab a cup, and watch them work their magic!
