Pierre Ferrand Dry Curaçao is a premium dry orange Curaçao liqueur (not a super-sweet Triple Sec).
It’s a French brandy-based beauty that brings authentic 19th-century cocktail vibes to your glass.
Origin: France (from the makers of Pierre Ferrand Cognac)
Style: Dry Curaçao – less sugar, more sophistication (≈180 g/L sugar vs. much sweeter modern versions)
ABV: 40% (80 proof) – 750 ml bottle
Key Ingredients: Real bitter Curaçao (Laraha) orange peels + sweet oranges, vanilla, spices, prunes, lemon peels, and 14+ botanicals macerated in unaged brandy, then redistilled and blended with aged brandy + Pierre Ferrand Cognac. Finished with a little oak aging.
Tasting Notes
Nose: Bright orange zest, candied orange, orange blossoms, vanilla, and warm cognac notes.
Palate: Bittersweet orange marmalade, subtle almond/marzipan, spice, herbs, and a touch of floral elegance. Balanced, complex, and never cloying.
Finish: Smooth, dry, and layered — with just enough brandy depth to feel premium.
