Montenegro is the pretty one. Light, floral, soft orange and vanilla. Easy to sip, almost too easy. Averna is the one with real weight. Darker. Fuller. Caramel, bitter orange, licorice, and that Sicilian herbal backbone that actually stays with you.If you want something gentle and approachable, Montenegro does the job. If you want an amaro that tastes like it belongs after a proper meal, Averna is the move.

Fresh just landed and these four are ready to go.

The Substance is their flagship IPA at 6.6%. Dank, citrus forward, and a little herbaceous with that soft oat and wheat body. Easy to drink and still one of the best everyday IPAs out there.
Here’s to Feeling Good All the Time is the 7.8% double IPA. Juicy and tropical up front with a solid dank finish. Galaxy, Mosaic, and Simcoe hops keep it bright without getting sticky.
Swish is their classic 8% hazy double IPA in the black cans. Big tropical and stone fruit character with that signature soft mouthfeel. This is the one that put them on the map.
Swish Silver takes the same hop profile and cuts it to 4%. Still juicy and bright, just lighter and more sessionable. Great when you want the flavor without the higher ABV.

Inhume, **r Lost to History, and Xul Lunacy Has Found Me.

Inhume is a 7% West Coast IPA from Oakland with Citra, Simcoe, and Centennial. Clear, dry, and bitter with big grapefruit, citrus, and pine.

Lost to History is an 8.3% hazy double IPA hopped with Citra, Motueka, and Nelson. Juicy, soft, and tropical with pineapple, mango, and peach notes. Bronze medal at the 2023 World B**r Cup.

Lunacy Has Found Me is an 8.5% DDH double IPA with Citra, Galaxy, and Luna. Explosive citrus, passion fruit, and tropical fruit.

One classic West Coast, two juicy hazies.

Straight Bourbon (Denver)
90 proof / 45% ABV. Aged at least 2–4 years in new American oak. Mash of corn, rye, and barley.
Nose: Baking spices (clove, cinnamon), oak, leather, brown sugar, dried fruit, to***co, charred oak. Opens up with a drop of water.
Palate: Thick and creamy. Molasses, dark sugar, cereal grains, baking spice, subtle to***co, dried fruit. Warm and full.
Finish: Medium. Dried fruit, to***co, leather, and light charred spice.

Darker, richer, and more spice-forward. Good for neat sipping or a winter cocktail.

Bourbon (Fort Collins) – Mash Bill
44% ABV. Small-batch, handcrafted. Triple-distilled in copper. Corn, rye, and barley.
Nose: Warm caramel, toasted grain, vanilla, toasted oak, baked corn, brown sugar, light spice, citrus, nutmeg.
Palate: Smooth and rounded. Toffee, sweet grain, subtle dried fruit, gentle pepper, baking spice, charred oak.
Finish: Warm and lingering. Vanilla, soft spice, balanced sweetness.
