I’ve heard the stronger the drink, the warmer you’ll be… so obviously, we had to test the theory. 1349 might just be the answer to staying cozy this fall. 🍂🍸

Back home in Arandas, Jalisco, enjoying some family time, and of course always making a stop in the fields. Checking in on one of my crops—now 6.5 years old. 🌱 With our next harvest planned in early spring, I’m excited to work with this crop on a new profile for . Seeing these plants this close to harvest makes the next chapter feel a little more real. Stay tune!

See those little grassy patches surrounding the plants? Keeping some vegetation between the rows can help protect soil from erosion—an issue documented in blue-agave research in Jalisco. The key is managing that growth so it doesn’t interfere with the crop.
