We’re excited to present to you some world class farmhouse ales just across the Belgian border from 🌼

Cuvée de Jonquilles is a bière de garde named for the daffodils that pop up around the restaurant in spring. Complex, earthy, lightly fruity, and a perfect balance of bready malt/refreshing hop bitterness- it’s a can’t miss for any saison drinker.

Noblesse Oblige is a collaboration beer with Texas brewery . Floral, herbaceous, fresh, and fruity hop bitterness make this clean and crisp beer a great pairing with food though equally good on its own.

This is a big one. Truly one of the best and most influencial breweries in the world, Hill Farmstead, is launching in Chicago. We've been fortunate enough to have poured beer on rare occasions in the past, but to be able to have them officially in Chicago is special. If you are not familiar with their beers, you are in for a treat.

Join us this Thursday as we dedicate the day to this amazing Vermont brewery. We have a lot of beer, and we're going to be sharing it all from the moment we open our doors. We look forward to seeing you.
