We've got your portable beach/park/picnic snack for the weekend!

Our Picnic Boxes are a great light meal for 2 or snack for more, and can be made vegetarian or nut-free. Order via our website for today or anytime this weekend!

We've got a brand new, vegan sandwich on the menu! While we love cheese, we wanted a fresh & summery sandwich perfect for our dairy-averse friends.

This one is loaded with a roasted tomato pesto, garlic white bean spread, zucchini, and roasted red peppers. As always, you get a choice of waffle fries, potato chips, or arugula salad. Available for takeout & delivery as well!

Come taste 5 classic wine and cheese pairings while learning a little about each, and how we decide what to pair with what. It also makes a great date night for those who already have their Mother's Day plans for Sunday 😉

If your mom loves cheese, we've got you covered this Mother's Day!

We are offering a grazing board complete with cheese (obviously) and all of the accoutrements! To fit all dietary requests, you can choose either completely vegetarian, pescatarian with tinned fish, or omnivore with charcuterie.

Beautiful Rind is 5 today!

We are beyond happy and appreciative of all the many people who have supported us in so many ways: customers, staff, producers, vendors, and so many more. It's hard to believe that 5 years ago we opened our doors, (literally because there was a pandemic) and set off on a mission to pair people and cheese.

Now, we've created so many great memories of our own and been part of memories for others that we may never know. The idea that we were creating happiness through our love of cheese has lifted us up in good times and challenging times. Drop us a comment if you'd like to share a favorite BR memory!

We are closed tonight to celebrate, but we are here all weekend with great specials. Now, we are off to have a bottle or two of champagne.

Our Spring cheese menu is here! We've got new cheese, charcuterie, and accompaniments for dine-in and takeout.

Returning favorite pairings include Sogn with lemon marmalade and Meredith Dairy with tomato pesto. Brand new fave pairings? Zamorano with raspberry jam and Golden Gouda with black currant mostarda. Come try them all and let us know what you like best!
