We’re excited to welcome Entre Manos Blanco Tequila Primavera 2026!

Primavera, meaning spring, is a limited annual release from Entremanos crafted to honor the influence of the season and explore how different fermentation conditions shape the character of agave. The 2026 vintage was crafted from mature agaves divided into two separate, extended fermentations—one in stainless steel tanks and the other in charred 500-liter French oak barrels which act as living fermentation vessels that subtly affect oxygen exposure, microbial activity, and aromatic development. Each fermentation was distilled separately to different strengths, and then they were blended and slowly proofed down before bottling, resulting in an astounding and profound expression of seasonal terroir.

Rey Campero Chuparrosa reveals the balance between the richness of the mature agave and the patient work involved in its distillation.

Rey Campero Chuparrosa was produced by Vicente Sanchez Parada at the family’s La Candela palenque in Candelaria Yegole, Zoquitlan, Oaxaca. This mezcal is produced entirely with maguey Chuparrosa (Agave americana). The agaves are crushed by tahona, fermented with open air yeasts in pine and sabino vats, and double distilled in copper alembic stills. The initial US release rested in glass for 19 months.

56.6% ABV 100% Bourbon

Nose: Earthy, mineral, salt, dried banana, granola, lemon zest, smoke

Palate: Grapefruit syrup, orange pith, pomelo, white marshmallow

Finish: Cocoa powder, glazed cherries and salted pretzels, hint of smoke

Springbank 15

Like a storm gathering off the Kintyre coast, our 15 year old Springbank is dark and ominous, but delicious. Best enjoyed after dinner or with your favourite cigar, this is a true classic. 46% ABV 100% Sherry

Nose: Springbank’s gentle giant. This dram is big and bold with notes of cured meat, barbecued beef jerky, clove, mint, iodine, oxo cube and tinned prunes all evident from the Oloroso cask maturation, while lobster creels hint at Springbank’s characteristic maritime influence

Palate: The peaty character is now evident with sooty kiln smoke and to***co leaves prominent in this viscous tipple alongside prunes, walnuts, figs, Demerara sugar, cocoa powder and smoked meats.

Finish: The finish grows and develops with notes of soot, leather and walnuts prominent before easing off like the ebbing tide over one of Kintyre’s pebble beaches.
