Ok, it’s been way too long since I have posted. So much has happened but in one word it’s been progress. Photo dump ahead!!

We are in the middle of harvest season and michael and I been developing all new recipes, along with that I have been heavily involved in sensory analysis on the hop fields, also preservation/storage techniques to utilize our crops moving forward.

We brewed a fresh hopped rice lager with fresh centennial. We fresh hopped a hazy pale ale on the cold side with nugget, we have plans to brew a west coast ipa fresh hopped with cryo frozen cones using liquid nitrogen that will be a colaboration with Bearcat Brewery.

It’s fresh hop season baby, let’s go!!
