When we were first getting the dining side of Carlton Corners up and running, Ramiro was right there helping make it all come together. Through long days, busy nights, changes, challenges, and a whole lot of growth — he’s been a steady, loyal, and incredibly important part of our story.

Reliable. Humble. Kind to everyone. And always with a smile on his face. We truly wouldn’t be what we are today without him.
