CHOUFFE FRAMBOISE - Brasserie Chouffe

Raspberries are loved as much for their flavour as for the memories they bring back: stained fingertips, winding paths taken just to find a few more. Chouffe Raspberry brings all those little pleasures together in one fruit-forward b**r.

Beneath its light reddish-brown hue and delicate pink head, this fruity b**r reveals aromas of fresh raspberry, complemented by floral notes and a subtle herbal touch. On the palate, the fruit’s natural acidity instantly balances the smooth roundness of the malt. The gentlest of the bunch, yet one that always stands out.

🚨🚨🚨New b**r from Alesong in the shop

JAVA SUIT
This blend of imperial milk stouts was aged in Henry McKenna 10-year bourbon barrels and finished on hand-selected, freshly roasted whole Brazilian coffee beans from local artisans at Equiano Coffee. Notes of vanilla and dark chocolate couple with sweet caramel and roasted chestnut character to create a combo that wraps you in a hug like morning java and a cozy blanket.

MEZCLA FRAMBUESA
Collab with Xicha Brewing
Sour aged in tequila, barrels with raspberries and roasted jalapeños - Tart ale, spicy raspberry margarita

RHINO SUIT ‘26
Rhino Suit was the first spirits-barrel-aged b**r we released at Alesong, but remains one of our favorites. This year’s rendition of our imperial milk stout was matured in Elijah Craig 8-year bourbon barrels to add velvety layers of vanilla and oak to the sweet and chocolatey malt flavors of the base stout.

BLACK MAGIC DREAMS
Black Magic Dreams is a joint effort with Obelisk B**r Co. in Astoria, OR. The juicy IPA we summoned together has a cryo hop blend added in the whirlpool for a burst of tropical fruit aroma. Strata, HBC586, and Vic Secret were used to dry hop this doomy IPA.

EDGE OF DESSERT
We were somewhere around Barstow, on the edge of the dessert, when the fruit began to take hold. We had cases of cherries, spices and a bunch of pie crust, ready to make a whole galaxy of smoothie thickness.

BOOBERRY MUFFIN
Let’s the games begin. Our once a year sour Boo Berry Muffin returns to haunt you with a flood of blueberry and sweet marshmallow breakfast cereal.

CANDYMAN CANDYMAN CAN…
The flavor, we can assure you, will be exquisite. This heavy hitter is strikingly sour and brewed with Oregon strawberries, orange puree, and rich vanilla
