What I have sent to them...
Montana Department of Public Health and Human Services today I recieved a sign made by you to display as required by law for the Montana Clean Indoor Air Act. Every single registered business and public building in Montana also recieved this sign.
There is willfully, blatant and false information on the sign that will damage my small business. And every small business that sells these products.
Because EVERY SINGLE BUISNESS AND PUBLIC BUILDING will recieve this, and possibly display it. And it has false information on it.
I have attached the study done by the US Department of Health and Human Services, the CDC and NISOH. (And encourage you to read MCA on the definition of smoking.)
Everyone in your department should have read this, or at the very least heard about it. If not, shame.

What We Found
● Employees vaped at work.
● Concentrations of va**ng-related chemicals
in our air samples were below occupational
exposure limits.
This study was given to every lawmaker in the Capitol. After countless hours of testimony and this report, from your own agency, they refused to include us in the law.
I would also encourage you to remember the last decade in the legislative sessions, where including Va**ng and e-ci******es into the Clean Indoor Air Act failed in 4 committee's of 20 plus lawmakers.
You might also recall that because a "scheduling error" prevented us from showing up to a hearing and resulting the bill to pass through a committee and was heard on the House floor. 100 lawmakers debated for nearly an hour, and it still failed. Va**ng and e ci******es are NOT in the clean Indoor Air Act in Montana.
It is absolutely unacceptable that a bureaucracy, such as DPHHS, does not follow the law. But insists on causing damage to small businesses across Montana for a agenda you refuse to leave alone. I refer to it as a "witchhunt"
I have contacted my representative, attorneys and some media reporters about this.
Major damage has been done and it's going to take a huge campaign to get this corrected. And it needs to be corrected immediately. And very publicly, as the entire population of Montana now thinks va**ng and e ci******es are included as illegal to use in public. Which is NOT truth.
