Thanksgiving is coming, and we've already picked the w**es!

Meet two of our favourites for the festive table.

Le Stagiaire Pinot Noir brings juicy red fruit and freshness, perfect alongside roast turkey. Garagiste Chardonnay adds a little richness, making it a lovely match for all those buttery, savoury sides.

And we've got the food sorted too!

Think beautifully smoked turkey from Meatsmith, cooked in their Southern Pride smokers, and a proper pecan pie from Burnt Ends Bakery.

HOW LONG CAN YOU KEEP AN OPEN BOTTLE OF W**E?

As a rough guide, most still w**es will happily hang around for 3–5 days in the fridge once opened and properly resealed.

Sparkling w**e is usually best within 1–3 days with a proper sparkling-w**e stopper.

A few simple rules: get it back in the fridge, seal it properly and keep as much air out as possible. Yes, that includes red w**e, just bring it back towards serving temperature before drinking.

Of course, in our world, an open bottle hanging around for five days isn't usually the problem.
