Just read a synopsis of a group of wine producers sharing their beliefs :
" it is still possible today to produce excellent wines without chemistry."
" produce good wine without the use of chemical substances "

Friends out there,
these wine approach will require much time to groom, tend, harvest . . . lots of patience and human attention required . . . hence cost of production are definite in order to sustain and manage . . .
When we sniff, sip & savour these wines over the course of dinner or a wine evening, these wines will reveal layers & layers of "discoveries" as it "breathe", as it "evolves" with the "gentle caress" of air, temperature & time etc . . .
FULL OF ADVENTURE & EXCITEMENT with each UNFOLDING MOMENTS ! ! !
PS It is very different from those cheap mass production chemically aided wines which taste the same at the start and at the end of the bottle . . .
