We’re pleased to once again be stocking the ever excellent w**es of Sugrue South Downs and kicking things off with the release of the exceptional 2024 Crouch Valley Pinot Noir. Regarded by many of us as the finest place for growing grapes destined for red w**e in the U.K., with its dry warm climate and lavish clays there’s good odds of making some proper w**e. And here’s some! 5 bottles left, don’t sleep on it we’re open at 1 (Or email us?). We’ve got some Trouble With Dreams ‘22 and Bonkers Chardonnay, and will be stocking the w**es for the foreseeable. IT’S THURSDAY ☀️🌬️ The chill in the air is HERE, which mean ones thing… Cosy CW vibes are back. It’s our favourite time of the year and we’re not afraid to admit it 🍂

The kids are settled at school, the fleeces are on, the nights are drawing in and that familiar glow in the bar is back.

OPEN 6 DAYS A WEEK?!🍷🎉 On the 12th (next week!) we’ll be celebrating 3 years of CW 🥂And, as we head into year four, we’re making a few changes…

We’re going from 4 days a week to 6. Including the BIG SUNDAY. That’s a whole weekend of Chanctonbury W**es, every single week. No funny business, just open and serving the good stuff.

Our new opening hours from the 12th:
Tues-Thurs: 1pm-9pm Fri-Sat: 1pm-10pm Sunday: 12pm-7pm

More days to pop in for a bottle, grab a glass, have a bite, or just come and see what Rob’s winking about. Three years already. Honestly, where’s that gone?

You may start to see a few new faces around the place… We’re in the process of hiring a fantastic team to grow with. We’ve got some GREAT people on the cards and feel very fortunate to be able to expand the business.
