Three glorious pale ales fresh on this week from three shop favorites ๐ one cask two keg ๐บ๐บ๐บ
On cask from Siren Craft Brew Tempo 3.8% pale ale. Tempo is a bright, easy-drinking pale ale brewed especially for cask. A clean, stripped-back malt base lets the hops shine, layered throughout for depth, structure and mouthfeel. Bursting with sweet tropical fruit ๐๐๐บ
First up on keg from Nothing Bound Brewing Co Connon Beach 4.4% pale ale with Citra & Motueka hops. Just wgat you'd expect from these hop wizards juicy citrus, lime notes from the Motueka making for a glorious session pale ๐๐บ
And finally from DOSKIWIS BREWING Forever Certain 6.8% IPA with Mosaic, Chinook & Nectaron Cryo hops. Hazy and deep yellow in the glass, it opens with bright peach, nectarine and lime that gradually turn zesty and herbal, the fruit settling softly into the background. The first sip is pillowy and soft, lifted by gentle carbonation. Juicy fruit carries a greener undertone of melon and papaya, with a whisper of papaya seed and a light spice emerging at the back of the finish ๐๐คฏ๐บ
